competitive benefit packages. We’ve developed a revolutionary new marketing program available exclusively to members of United Benefit Advisors (UBA).
The program utilizes HR training to assist you in building your book of business.
Our staff of HR professionals developed 32 unique, copy-written training seminars that have been approved by the Society of Human Resource Management
(SHRM) for certification of continuing education credits.
Conducting these
seminars regularly will put you in front of clients and prospective clients, allowing you to develop and/or establish a relationship with them, and earn
their brokerage business by addressing their needs. As you follow up with seminar attendees, you get to ask fun questions such as,
“How did this training compare to the training you receive from your current agent?” The answer is always, “What training?”
We will provide you with both a hardcopy and a disc of the materials you need to conduct
the training for the seminars. Materials will include:
- A PowerPoint presentation including speaker notes and comments
- Hand-outs for seminar attendees including the state/federal regulations (if applicable)
- Pre-assessment and post-assessment tests
- Template for a Certificate of Attendance
- Template of the HRBeacon - a seminar invitation you can customize to your agency
